1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gob111 ("gob111", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the gob111 platform, including all associated services, games, betting products, promotional offers, and customer support channels accessible via gob111.app and any related subdomains or applications.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on gob111, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of gob111, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on gob111 or any other gambling platform.
• You have not previously had a gob111 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

2.2 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the gob111 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under an alias, or on behalf of a third party — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change. gob111 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. gob111 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify gob111 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your gob111 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted. gob111 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and/or close accounts where third-party funding is identified.

The minimum single deposit on gob111 is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit cap, however gob111 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at its discretion or at your request via the Responsible Gaming tools. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Once verified, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank may take up to three business days to arrive, depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

gob111 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests and to delay processing where such checks are ongoing. In cases where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, gob111 may place a hold on the relevant funds pending investigation.

4.3 Currencies & Fees

The primary currency of the gob111 platform is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). gob111 does not charge players a transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their bank or mobile money operator.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

gob111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.

• Abuse Prevention: gob111 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend the relevant account if bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or deliberate exploitation of promotional mechanics — is detected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the gob111 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and game content — is the exclusive property of gob111 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform or its content without the express prior written consent of gob111.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gob111 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

gob111 does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. gob111 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform downtime.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the gob111 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting gob111 customer support. Our support team aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

gob111's decisions regarding account matters, bonus eligibility, wager settlements, and withdrawal processing are final and binding unless a specific error or manifest unfairness can be demonstrated by the player. Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game round or transaction.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

gob111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific rules.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any form of artificial assistance in gameplay or betting.
• Evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Engagement in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward gob111 staff or other players.
• Failure to meet the platform's age verification requirements.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements applicable to gob111 or the player's jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, gob111 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of the relevant review process.
